People living in remote villages in nothern Cambodia have recovered a social life thanks to the norry.
The norry is an improvised train capable of travelling 50 kilometers per day and transport a dozen passengers. Parties, trade, medical visits are now possible again.
Before ce Khmer rouge regime, norries were used by mechanics in charge of the maintenance of railways. Since they are disused, they make the enjoyment of the isolated areas of the country.
But in a few months, these railways are going to be restored by the State which wishes to make it roll real trains.
